Lino Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is a software studio that builds and operates a portfolio of consumer mobile applications (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"), including Calva and Pepta. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across our Apps. Where an App has a practice that differs from the rest, it's called out explicitly below.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
For Apps that integrate with Apple Health, we access only the data categories you explicitly authorize. This data is used solely to enhance your in-app experience and is never shared with third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the relevant App.
Each of our Apps has its own minimum age, listed in the table above. You must meet the minimum age for a given App to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum age for that App.
Pepta specifically requires users to be 18 or older, reflecting the sensitivity of peptide-related information. If we learn that someone under an App's minimum age has provided us personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including as we add new Apps to our portfolio. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
