Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any application (each an "App," collectively the "Apps") operated by Lino Technologies LLC, including Calva and Pepta. By downloading or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms with respect to that App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Each App has its own minimum age requirement, shown below. You must meet the minimum age for a given App in order to use it.
Future Apps may have different minimum ages, which will be stated within that App and reflected in this section.
By downloading or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they apply to that App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Each App is provided for its stated purpose — for example, Calva for nutrition and wellness tracking, and Pepta for peptide protocol tracking. You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Some Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases. Where applicable, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
None of our Apps are a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice. This applies with particular importance to Pepta: peptide protocols involve substances with real physiological effects, and Pepta is a tracking tool only — it does not recommend, endorse, or provide medical guidance on any substance. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing any peptide protocol, and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Lino Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, including as we add new Apps to our portfolio. Continued use of an App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
